Απλώς σχολιάστε «περισσότερες σαλάτες παρακαλώ!» Πατήστε SAVE για να δοκιμάσετε αργότερα! 👇🏼💚ΣΕΡΒΙΡΙΖΕΙ three Συστατικά: 1 λίβρα σπαράγγια7 κάθε γλυκό child πιπεριές 5 φλιτζάνια χόρτα της επιλογής 1 πίντα ντοματίνια4 κάθε περσικό αγγούρι half ματσάκι φρέσκο άνηθο2 κάθε αβοκάντο σε φέτες half φλιτζάνι σπόροι κολοκύθας2 κάθε λεμόνι σε έξτρα γεύση 1. Ψήστε 1 κιλό σπαράγγια ρίξτε σε μερικές σταγόνες λάδι και βάλτε τα σε ένα ταψί για 15-20 λεπτά στους 400°C με 7 μικρές γλυκές πιπεριές child ολόκληρες. Μόλις ψηθεί πασπαλίζουμε με ένα στυμμένο μισό λεμόνι και λίγο αλάτι2. Πλένουμε και ψιλοκόβουμε τα χόρτα και το κόκκινο λάχανο για τη βάση της σαλάτας3. Ψιλοκόψτε τις ντομάτες, τα αγγούρια και τα μυρωδικά για να ξεπεράσουν τα χόρτα4. Ξεφλουδίστε τις ψητές πιπεριές και ψιλοκόψτε. Κόβουμε τα σπαράγγια στα τρίτα και τα προσθέτουμε στη σαλάτα5. Προσθέστε ώριμο αβοκάντο και σπόρους6. Στύψτε από πάνω λεμόνι, φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι και λίγο ελαιόλαδο ή το αγαπημένο σας dressing………”
