Vegan Carrot Cake by tumblinbumblincrumblincookie 🧡 Συνταγή:⠀ Υλικά⠀ * half φλιτζάνι αλεύρι⠀ * 1 κ.γ. αλεσμένο τζίντζερ⠀ * πρέζα μαύρο πιπέρι * 1 έως 1,5 κ.σ ζάχαρη καρύδας (εξαρτάται από την προτίμησή σας!) * half φλιτζάνι ελαφρώς συσκευασμένο τριμμένο καρότο⠀ * 1 κ.σ λάδι καρύδας * three κουταλιές της σούπας σάλτσα μήλου χωρίς ζάχαρη⠀ * 1 κ.σ γιαούρτι καρύδας⠀ * 1 σούπας μαρμελάδα πορτοκάλι * προαιρετικά: καρύδια, αποξηραμένα φρούτα⠀ ⠀ Πώς να φτιάξετε: ⠀ ανακατέψτε τα υγρά υλικά σε ένα μπολ. Προσθέστε σιγά σιγά τα ξηρά υλικά, διπλώνοντας να ενσωματωθούν. διπλώστε τυχόν προαιρετικά πρόσθετα. ψήνουμε τη ζύμη σε μια λαδωμένη φόρμα για ψωμί στους 180 βαθμούς Κελσίου για 20-25 λεπτά μέχρι να ροδίσει και το κέντρο να ξαναγυρίσει. αφήστε να κρυώσει τελείως σε μια σχάρα.
