Vegan Burritos🌯 Συνταγή By plantbased.traveler Chimichanga (2 μερίδες) 2 μεγάλες τορτίγιες από αλεύρι (μέγεθος μπουρρίτο) 1-2 κουταλιές της σούπας λάδι αβοκάντο Γεμισμένο με: καρυκευμένο ρύζι* (δείτε τις σημειώσεις) Chili Lime Seitan Ψητές στη σχάρα πολύχρωμες πιπεριές και κρεμμύδια ψημένα με: Κάσιους ‘κρέμα’** Αβοκάντο / Guacamole Salsa (κόκκινο ή πράσινο) Σερβίρεται με: υπόλοιπο ρύζι, ψητές τσιπς τορτίγια, ντομάτες, κόλιανδρο, Jalapeños, λάιμ Μέθοδος: Ζεστάνετε ελαφρά τορτίγια για 20 δευτερόλεπτα στο φούρνο μικροκυμάτων (για να μαλακώσει για ευκολότερο δίπλωμα), μετά στρώστε τα επιθυμητά γεμίσματα στη μέση. Τυλίξτε σφιχτά και μην ξεχάσετε να βάλετε τα πλαϊνά. Ζεσταίνουμε το λάδι σε ένα τηγάνι από χυτοσίδηρο και τοποθετούμε τη ραφή του μπουρίτο προς τα κάτω στο τηγάνι. Χρησιμοποιήστε χαμηλή φωτιά (μόλις ζεσταθεί το τηγάνι!) και περιστρέψτε το κάθε 30-60 δευτερόλεπτα μέχρι όλες οι πλευρές να γίνουν τραγανές και χρυσαφένιες. Γεμίστε με κρέμα, γκουακαμόλε και/ή σάλσα και απολαύστε! Σημειώσεις: *Για το καρυκευμένο ρύζι μαγειρεύω 1 φλιτζάνι λευκό ρύζι με half κουταλάκι του γλυκού πάπρικα, καπνιστή πάπρικα, κύμινο, ρίγανη, κρεμμύδι και σκόρδο σε σκόνη και αλάτι. ** Κρέμα κάσιους με half φλιτζάνι μουλιασμένα κάσιους, 1/four φλιτζάνι γιαούρτι με βάση το φυτό ή κρέμα γάλακτος, μια πιτούλα φυτικού γάλακτος, χυμό λάιμ, αλάτι.
