The Final Baked Falafels by twospoons.ca 💚 Συνταγή:⠀ Υλικά:⠀ Φαλάφελ:⠀ 1/Four φλιτζάνι βρώμη μεγάλη νιφάδα χωρίς γλουτένη⠀ half φλιτζάνι φρέσκος μαϊντανός⠀ 6 σκελίδες σκόρδο⠀ 1 μικρό κρεμμύδι⠀ 1 μεγάλη κονσέρβα (400 γρ. ) ρεβίθια (στραγγισμένα και ξεπλυμένα)⠀ 2 κουταλιές της σούπας διατροφική μαγιά⠀ 2 κουταλιές της σούπας ταχίνι⠀ half λεμόνι, χυμό⠀ 1 κουταλιά της σούπας ελαιόλαδο⠀ half κουτ. half κουταλάκι του γλυκού θαλασσινό αλάτι⠀ 1/Four κουταλάκι του γλυκού πιπέρι⠀ πρέζα πιπέρι καγιέν, ή για γεύση⠀ 2 κουταλιές της σούπας έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο (για το βάψιμο)⠀ ⠀ Οδηγίες⠀ 1. Στον επεξεργαστή τροφίμων σας προσθέστε βρώμη, πολτοποιήστε σε αλεύρι. Βγάζετε από τον επεξεργαστή τροφίμων και το βάζετε στο πλάι.⠀ 2. Προσθέστε τον μαϊντανό, το σκόρδο και το κρεμμύδι στον επεξεργαστή τροφίμων. Πασπαλίζουμε μέχρι να ψιλοκόψουμε. Στη συνέχεια προσθέτουμε το αλεύρι βρώμης, τα ρεβίθια, τη διατροφική μαγιά, το ταχίνι, το χυμό λεμονιού, το ελαιόλαδο, το κύμινο, τον κόλιανδρο, το κάρδαμο, αλάτι, πιπέρι και μια πρέζα πιπέρι καγιέν. Σφάλμα μέχρι να γίνει μια εύθρυπτη υφή σαν ζύμη. Μεταφέρετε τη ζύμη φαλάφελ στον κάδο του μίξερ. ⠀ 3. Προθερμάνετε το φούρνο στους 375F/190C. Στρώνουμε ένα ταψί με λαδόκολλα και ρίχνουμε στρογγυλεμένες κουταλιές της σούπας ζύμη φαλάφελ σε χαρτί. Σχηματίστε απαλά μπάλες. (Χρησιμοποίησα μια μεζούρα παγωτού για να το κάνω αυτό.) 4. Βάψτε τα φαλάφελ με λίγο ελαιόλαδο και ψήστε για 15-20 λεπτά ή μέχρι να ροδίσουν. Απολαμβάνω!
