Candy & Bitter Tofu By plantpowernutritionandfitness 📝Υλικά (Μερίδες 3) 500 g σφιχτό τόφου (σε κύβους) 1 φλιτζάνι ρύζι ξηρό 200 ml χυμός ανανά 1/Three φλιτζάνι σιρόπι σφενδάμου Three κ.σ. ξύδι ρυζιού 1 ½ 1 κ.γλ. κ.γ. Αλεύρι Arrowroot 2 κουταλιές της σούπας νερό (ζεστό) ¼ φλιτζάνι νερό (για ψήσιμο) 📝Οδηγίες 1️⃣Μαγειρέψτε το ρύζι σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες συσκευασίας και αφήστε το στην άκρη. 2️⃣Προθερμάνετε τον φούρνο με τον αέρα στους 190’c (370’F) και στρώστε ένα ταψί με χαρτί ψησίματος και καλύψτε με ¼ φλιτζάνι νερό. 3️⃣Προσθέστε το τόφου σε κύβους στο ταψί και ψήστε στο φούρνο για περίπου 10 λεπτά. Ή μέχρι να ροδίσει. 4️⃣Γιατί το τόφου ψήνεται σε ένα μπολ συνδυάστε το σφένδαμο, το ξύδι, τον πελτέ ντομάτας, τον χυμό ανανά και τα αμινοξέα καρύδας. 5️⃣Προσθέστε το μείγμα της σάλτσας σε ένα μεγάλο τηγάνι σε μέτρια φωτιά και συνεχίστε να ζεσταίνετε μέχρι να αρχίσει να σιγοβράζει, στη συνέχεια χαμηλώνετε τη φωτιά και μεταφέρετε το ψημένο τόφου από το φούρνο στο τηγάνι. 6️⃣Σε ένα μικρό μπολ προσθέτουμε το αλεύρι και το χλιαρό νερό και ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να έχουμε μια λάσπη. Προσθέστε τη λάσπη στο τηγάνι και ανακατέψτε καλά. Μόλις ενωθούν αφαιρέστε το τηγάνι από τη φωτιά και συνεχίστε να ανακατεύετε μέχρι να πάρετε μια ωραία κολλώδης παχύρρευστη σάλτσα, αυτό μπορεί να διαρκέσει έως και 5 λεπτά. 7️⃣Σερβίρουμε με το ρύζι και μερικά χόρτα στον ατμό. Απολαμβάνω!
