Δείτε τη συνταγή της παρακάτω: Γλυκόξινο τόφου πορτοκαλιού 10 ουγκιές πολύ σφιχτό τόφου Χυμός από 1 λεμόνι 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού πάπρικα 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι 1/Three φλιτζάνι άμυλο καλαμποκιού 1 κουταλιά της σούπας σησαμέλαιο 1 μεγάλο κόκκινο κρεμμύδι, κομμένο σε κύβους 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο, ψιλοκομμένο 1 μέτριο πορτοκαλί πιπεριά, ψιλοκομμένη 1 μέτρια κόκκινη πιπεριά, ψιλοκομμένη 1 μεγάλο καρότο, καθαρισμένο και ψιλοκομμένο Three κουταλιές της σούπας σουσάμι �Για τη σάλτσα 3/four φλιτζάνι χυμό πορτοκαλιού 2 κουταλιές της σούπας ξύδι ρυζιού 2 κουταλιές της σούπας πελτέ ντομάτας 1/2 κ.σ. σούπας άμυλο καλαμποκιού 1/four φλιτζάνι νερό Σε ένα μπολ ανακατεύουμε το τόφου, το χυμό λεμονιού, την πάπρικα και το αλάτι. Αφήνουμε στην άκρη για τουλάχιστον 20 λεπτά να μαριναριστεί. Προθερμαίνουμε τον φούρνο στους 180 βαθμούς C. Στη συνέχεια, προσθέτουμε το καλαμποκάλευρο σε μια σακούλα με φερμουάρ και μετά το τόφου. Ανακινήστε να καλυφθούν οι κύβοι τοφου, και μεταφέρετε τους στο ταψί και ψήστε για 25 λεπτά. Ετοιμάστε τη σάλτσα ανακατεύοντας το χυμό πορτοκαλιού, το ξύδι ρυζιού, τον πελτέ ντομάτας, τη σριράτσα και το ταμάρι. Σε ένα ξεχωριστό μπολ, χτυπήστε μαζί το νερό και το υπόλοιπο άμυλο καλαμποκιού. Ζεσταίνουμε σησαμέλαιο σε ένα γουόκ ή τηγάνι σε μέτρια φωτιά. Προσθέστε το κρεμμύδι και το σκόρδο, μαγειρεύοντας για 2-Three λεπτά. Τώρα προσθέστε το καρότο και τις πιπεριές, μαγειρεύοντας για 5 λεπτά ακόμη. Όταν το τόφου είναι έτοιμο, προσθέστε το στο γουόκ/τηγάνι μαζί με τη σάλτσα και τον πολτό από άμυλο καλαμποκιού. Ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να δέσει η σάλτσα και προσθέτουμε το σουσάμι την τελευταία στιγμή. . . .
