Butternut Miso Mac n’ Cheese by thecolorfulkitchen 💛 Συνταγή:⠀ Υλικά⠀ four μερίδες τα αγαπημένα σας ζυμαρικά⠀ 1 φλιτζάνι πουρέ κολοκυθιού⠀ 1 φλιτζάνι γάλα μη γαλακτοκομικό⠀ ¼ φλιτζάνι διατροφική μαγιά⠀ 2 κουταλιές της σούπας πάστα miso⠀ 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο ψιλοκομμένες, 1 κουταλιά της σούπας ελαιόλαδο⠀ 2 κουταλάκια του γλυκού σιρόπι σφενδάμου⠀ αλάτι και πιπέρι για γεύση⠀ *προαιρετικά- three σταγόνες υγρό καπνό⠀ *προαιρετικά- ψητά λαχανικά⠀ *προαιρετικά- πασπαλίζουμε με πάπρικα⠀ ⠀ Οδηγίες⠀ Ετοιμάζουμε τα ζυμαρικά σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της συσκευασίας .⠀ Βάζετε όλα τα υπόλοιπα υλικά στο μπλέντερ και ανακατεύετε μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθούν.⠀ Όταν τα ζυμαρικά τελειώσουν, τα στραγγίζετε και τα ξαναβάζετε στην κατσαρόλα. Το αφήνουμε σε χαμηλή φωτιά, προσθέτουμε τη σάλτσα και ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να ζεσταθεί. Διπλώνουμε μέσα τα ψητά λαχανικά, πασπαλίζουμε με πάπρικα και σερβίρουμε ζεστή.⠀ Απολαύστε!
