Αφήνω στην άκρη . 🔹Σε ένα τηγάνι ζεσταίνουμε το λάδι και μόλις ζεσταθεί προσθέτουμε τα ρεβίθια. Μαγειρέψτε για 5-7 λεπτά, ανακατεύοντας κάθε τόσο, μέχρι να ροδίσει. 🔹Προσθέστε τη σάλτσα και συνεχίστε το μαγείρεμα για 2 λεπτά. Αποσύρουμε από τη φωτιά και απολαμβάνουμε! * ❇️ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΚΡΕΜΑΔΙ ΚΑΙ ΤΗ ΚΡΕΜΑ ΚΑΣΙΟΥ ΑΝΙΘΟΥ ⤵️ 🔹⅓ φλιτζάνι ωμά κάσιους 🔹⅔ φλιτζάνι βραστό νερό 🔹2 κουταλιές της σούπας χυμό λάιμ 🔹1 κουταλιά της σούπας άνηθο 🔹1 κρεμμυδάκι, τριμμένο 🔹½ κ. σούπας κόλιανδρο, προαιρετικά 🔹αλάτι σκόνη 🔹 1 κ.γ. 🏻 Σε ένα μπολ ανακατεύουμε τα κάσιους και το βραστό νερό και αφήνουμε 5-10 λεπτά να μαλακώσουν τα κάσιους και μετά τα μεταφέρουμε σε έναν επεξεργαστή τροφίμων μαζί με τα υπόλοιπα υλικά και τα χτυπάμε μέχρι να γίνουν λεία και κρεμώδη. Ψύξτε για 30 λεπτά και απολαύστε! . . . . . . .
