𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗖 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗘𝗦 από theyummyvegan 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 2 λίβρες (900 g) μικρών χρυσών πατάτας κομμένες στο μισό 1 μεγάλο κρεμμύδι σε φέτες και τετράγωνο 2 half of tbsp (38ml) λάδι σπόρου σταφυλιών 2 κουταλάκι του (10g) του εδάφους sumac 1 κουταλάκι (5 γρ.) νιφάδες πιπεριάς Χαλεπίου half of κουταλάκι του γλυκού (2,5 γρ.) καπνιστή πάπρικα αλάτι & πιπέρι για γεύση 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού (5 γρ.) μαγειρική σόδα 𝗟𝗲𝗺 Χυμός κρέμας από half of λεμόνι half of κουταλάκι του γλυκού (2,5 γρ.) αποξηραμένος δυόσμος (προαιρετικά) Αλάτι & πιπέρι κατά βούληση 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 1. Φέρτε μια μεγάλη κατσαρόλα με νερό να βράσει. Προσθέστε αλάτι κατά βούληση και 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού μαγειρική σόδα. Προσθέστε τις πατάτες. 2. Αφήστε ξανά να βράσουν και αφήστε τις πατάτες να ψηθούν για 4-5 λεπτά ή μέχρι να τις τρυπήσει ένα πιρούνι ή μαχαίρι με λίγη αντίσταση. Αυτό το βήμα θα βοηθήσει στο να ροδίσουν οι πατάτες και να σχηματιστεί ένα τραγανό στρώμα. 3. Στραγγίζουμε προσεκτικά τις πατάτες και τις αφήνουμε για λίγα λεπτά να στεγνώσουν. 4. Προσθέστε τα σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ μαζί με τα κρεμμύδια και ρίξτε τα με λάδι, σουμάκ, καπνιστή πάπρικα, πιπέρι Χαλεπίου, αλάτι & πιπέρι. 5. Απλώστε τις πατάτες και τα κρεμμύδια σε 1 ή 2 ταψί φροντίζοντας να μην τα γεμίσουν. 6. Ψήνουμε στους 400 για 25-35 λεπτά αναποδογυρίζοντας τις πατάτες όταν απομένουν περίπου 10 λεπτά. Συνεχίζουμε το ψήσιμο μέχρι να μαλακώσουν εντελώς και τα κρεμμύδια να έχουν χρυσαφί χρώμα.
