Σπαγγέτι με ψητά ντοματίνια, σκόρδο και σπανάκι 🍅 από την plantbased.traveler Υλικά: 2 μερίδες μακαρόνια (κράτηση 1 φλιτζάνι ζυμαρικό νερό) three φλιτζάνια ντοματίνια three σκελίδες σκόρδο, κομμένες σε λεπτές φέτες Μια καλή ελαιόλαδο κομμένη σε φέτες λίγες χούφτες child σπανάκι Συν: Θαλασσινό αλάτι για γεύση Φρέσκος βασιλικός (Κάνει 2 μερίδες) Μέθοδος: Μαγειρέψτε τα ζυμαρικά σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της συσκευασίας. Προτιμήστε σπαγγέτι μπρονζέ αν μπορείτε, είναι το καλύτερο imo! Κρατήστε 1 φλιτζάνι νερό ζυμαρικών πριν τα στραγγίσετε. Ζεσταίνουμε το ελαιόλαδο σε ένα τηγάνι με βαρύ πάτο με καπάκι ή ολλανδικό φούρνο. Όταν ζεσταθεί το λάδι, προσθέτουμε τα ντοματίνια, τα σκεπάζουμε με το καπάκι και τα «ψήνουμε στο τηγάνι» για 5 λεπτά. Οι ντομάτες πρέπει να απανθρακωθούν ελαφρά, να σκάσουν και να έχουν βγάλει λίγο από τους χυμούς τους. Δώστε τους δύο επιπλέον λεπτά εάν χρειάζεται. Προσθέστε το σκόρδο και το σπανάκι και ανακατέψτε τα πάντα για 1-2 λεπτά. Περιχύνουμε με μακαρόνια και περίπου 1/2 φλιτζάνι νερό ζυμαρικών (περισσότερο κατά προτίμηση). Αλατοπιπερώνουμε κατά βούληση. Συμπληρώστε λίγο φρέσκο βασιλικό και απολαύστε!
