Κάρυ με ρεβίθια και ντομάτα 🌿🍃 από την janetsmunchmeals . . 📑Υλικά 5 με 6 μερίδες ρύζι 1/2 μεγάλο κρεμμύδι, ψιλοκομμένο 1 κουταλιά της σούπας λάδι 1 πιπεριά, ψιλοκομμένη 2 μεγάλες σκελίδες σκόρδο, ψιλοκομμένη 1 μεγάλη ντομάτα, κομμένη σε κύβους 2/three φλιτζανιού ντοματίνια, κομμένα σε φέτες 2 κουταλιές της σούπας σκόρδο σε σκόνη 2 κ.γ. 1 κουταλιά της σούπας κάρυ σε σκόνη 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλεσμένος κόλιανδρος 1/four κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλεσμένο τζίντζερ 1/four κουταλάκι του γλυκού καγιέν, προαιρετικά 1/four κουταλάκι του γλυκού κανέλα 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι kosher 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού μαύρο πιπέρι 1 φλιτζάνι κονσέρβα ντομάτες θρυμματισμένες 1 φλιτζάνι κατεψυγμένο καλαμπόκι 1 15 oz . κουτί γάλα καρύδας πλήρες σε λιπαρά 2 15 oz. κονσέρβες ρεβίθια, στραγγισμένα και ξεπλυμένα Μαϊντανός ή κόλιανδρος ψιλοκομμένος για το σερβίρισμα Σε μεγάλο τηγάνι ή κατσαρόλα σε μέτρια φωτιά, προσθέτουμε το κρεμμύδι και το λάδι. Μαγειρέψτε για 5 έως 7 λεπτά, ανακατεύοντας περιοδικά. Προσθέστε την πιπεριά και μαγειρέψτε άλλα three λεπτά, μετά προσθέστε το σκόρδο, τις ντομάτες και όλα τα μπαχαρικά. Ανακατεύουμε και μαγειρεύουμε για 2 λεπτά. 🌿🍃. Στη συνέχεια, προσθέστε όλα τα υπόλοιπα υλικά, ανακατέψτε και μαγειρέψτε ακάλυπτα σε ένα απαλό βράσιμο για 15 έως 20 λεπτά, ανακατεύοντας περιοδικά.
