Spiced Candy Potato Fries by crowded_kitchen 💛 Συνταγή:⠀ Υλικά:⠀ 2 κιλά γλυκοπατάτες⠀ 2 κουταλιές της σούπας ουδέτερο λάδι υψηλής θερμοκρασίας (χρησιμοποιήσαμε ηλίανθο)⠀ 1 κουταλιά της σούπας καλαμποκάλευρο⠀ 2 κουταλιές της σούπας καπνιστή πάπρικα⠀ 1/2–3/four κ.γ. ⠀ 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού σκόρδο σε σκόνη⠀ 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κρυσταλλωμένο κρεμμύδι⠀ 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού μεσκίτ σε σκόνη (προαιρετικά)⠀ Πρέζα καγιέν⠀ 1 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι + περισσότερο αφού βγουν από το φούρνο⠀ 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού ζάχαρη καρύδας (προαιρετικά)⠀ ⠀ Οδηγίες: ⠀ Προθερμαίνουμε το φούρνο στους 425 F.⠀ Πλένουμε καλά τις πατάτες, τις στεγνώνουμε και τις κόβουμε σε ίσα μπαστούνια.⠀ Χτυπάμε όλα τα μπαχαρικά μαζί και ρίχνουμε τις τηγανητές πατάτες σε λάδι και μπαχαρικά. Προαιρετικά: προσθέστε τα όλα σε μια μεγάλη πλαστική σακούλα, σφραγίστε και ανακινήστε καλά για να επικαλυφθεί ομοιόμορφα. ⠀ Απλώστε σε ταψί και μαγειρέψτε για 15-20 λεπτά, μέχρι να γίνει τραγανό και τρυφερό. Βγάζουμε από το φούρνο και περιχύνουμε με περισσότερο αλάτι για γεύση. Σερβίρετε με ντιπ της επιλογής σας. Απολαμβάνω
