Μανιτάρι Stroganoff με αφράτο πουρέ πατάτας από την nourishingalex Σερβίρει 1-2 Υλικά: – 1 κόκκινο κρεμμύδι, ψιλοκομμένο – 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο, ψιλοκομμένες Ή 2 κουταλιές της σούπας κόκκοι σκόρδο – 300 γρ μανιτάρια φρεσκοκομμένα μαϊντανός – 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού καπνιστή πάπρικα – 120 ml ζωμός λαχανικών – 1/Four κουταλάκι του γλυκού εκχύλισμα μαγιάς Ή 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού σάλτσα σόγιας – Four κουταλιές της σούπας alpro χωρίς προσθήκη ζάχαρης απλό γιαούρτι χωρίς γαλακτοκομικά – τριμμένο μαύρο πιπέρι, για γεύση: Σοτάρετε το κρεμμύδι σε ένα τηγάνι χρησιμοποιώντας λίγο νερό σε μέτρια/υψηλή φωτιά μέχρι να μαλακώσει και δείτε μέχρι 2. Προσθέστε τα μανιτάρια και το σκόρδο (προσθέστε περισσότερο νερό αν χρειάζεται) και μαγειρέψτε για 6 λεπτά μέχρι τα μανιτάρια να είναι σχεδόν μαλακά 3. Προσθέστε τον μαϊντανό, & την καπνιστή πάπρικα μαγειρέψτε για άλλο 1 λεπτό μέχρι να μυρίσει 4. Ρίξτε τον ζωμό λαχανικών και αφήστε τον να σιγοβράσει σε χαμηλή φωτιά για περίπου 5 λεπτά ή μέχρι να πήξει. γιαούρτι μέχρι να γίνει κρέμα, αλατοπιπερώνουμε και γαρνίρουμε με ψιλοκομμένο μαϊντανό. .
