Λιαστή Ντομάτα Pesto Pasta της beferox 💛 Συνταγή: Υλικά⠀ half of βάζο, 12-14 λιαστές ντομάτες (σε λάδι)⠀ 50 γρ κουκουνάρι (ή άλλους ξηρούς καρπούς όπως καρύδια ή κάσιους)⠀ 2 κ.σ. διατροφική μαγιά⠀ 1 σκελίδα σκόρδο ⠀ 1 κουτ. αποξηραμένη ρίγανη⠀ Προαιρετικά: αλάτι, ελαιόλαδο/νερό⠀ ⠀ Οδηγίες⠀ Προσθέστε τις λιαστές ντομάτες με λίγο λάδι (περίπου 50 ml) από το βάζο σε έναν επεξεργαστή τροφίμων μαζί με το κουκουνάρι, το σκόρδο, τη ρίγανη και τη θρεπτική μαγιά . Στη συνέχεια, ανακατέψτε τα πάντα μέχρι το μείγμα να γίνει λείο. προσθέστε λίγο περισσότερο λάδι/νερό για να γίνει η συνοχή ακόμα πιο λεία. Απολαμβάνω!
