Κρεμώδη ρεβίθια καρύδας, γλυκοπατάτα & σπανάκι 🌿 by realizing_fitness Υλικά 1 κόκκινο κρεμμύδιfour σκελίδες σκόρδο, ψιλοκομμένο 1 ίντσα τζίντζερ, τριμμένο 2 κ.σ. ) κονσέρβα ρεβίθια 19 ουγκιές φακές, μαγειρεμένες 1 κονσέρβα γάλα καρύδας πλήρες σε λιπαρά 50 ml πολτό ντομάτας 200 ml νερό 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι 2 κ.σ. 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλεσμένο τζίντζερ 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κύμινο 1/four κουταλάκι του γλυκού κουρκουμά νιφάδες κόκκινο τσίλι μερικές χούφτες child σπανάκι Ρύζι Μέθοδος σε ζεστό λάδι και κατσαρόλα και τζίντζερ. Μαγειρέψτε σε μέτρια φωτιά μέχρι να μυρίσει. Προσθέστε το κρεμμύδι και μαγειρέψτε μέχρι να αρχίσει να μαλακώνει. Προσθέστε γλυκοπατάτα, αλάτι, σκόνη κάρυ, γκαράμ μασάλα, αλεσμένο τζίντζερ, κύμινο, κουρκουμά και νιφάδες κόκκινου τσίλι. Ανακατεύουμε και μαγειρεύουμε για ένα λεπτό. Προσθέτουμε τον πελτέ ντομάτας και ανακατεύουμε. Μαγειρέψτε για ένα ή δύο λεπτά. Προσθέστε γάλα καρύδας, ρεβίθια, φακές και νερό. Αφήνουμε να πάρει μια βράση, χαμηλώνουμε τη φωτιά και σιγοβράζουμε για περίπου 30 λεπτά (μέχρι να δέσει η σάλτσα και να μαλακώσουν οι γλυκοπατάτες). Ανακατεύετε συχνά. Ρίξτε μερικές χούφτες child σπανάκι. Σιγοβράζουμε για λίγα λεπτά ακόμα. Ζεστάνετε ρύζι ζεστό με κρεμώδη ρεβίθια. Γαρνίρετε με φρέσκο σπανάκι, κόλιανδρο, vegan γιαούρτι ή οτιδήποτε άλλο επιπλέει στο σκάφος σας. Απολαύστε!
