Κεφτεδάκια φακές από missis_basil ❤️ Συνταγή⠀ Υλικά⠀ 1 φλιτζάνι πράσινες φακές, μαγειρέψτε⠀ half of μέτριο κρεμμύδι, ψιλοκομμένο⠀ 1 καρότο, τριμμένο⠀ 200 γρ λάχανο, κιμά⠀ 200 γρ μανιτάρια, κιμά⠀ 6 κ. σούπας πελτέ ντομάτας⠀5 μαγιονέζα⠀ 50 ml γάλα αμυγδάλου⠀ Αλάτι, πιπεριές, καπνιστή πάπρικα, ρίγανη, σκόρδο σε σκόνη⠀ ⠀⠀ Οδηγίες⠀ Ζεσταίνουμε το λάδι σε ένα τηγάνι, προσθέτουμε τα κρεμμύδια και τα καρότα, σοτάρουμε για 3-5 λεπτά⠀ Προσθέτουμε τα μανιτάρια, το λάχανο, αλάτι και μπαχαρικά. Μαγειρέψτε μέχρι να ψηθούν πλήρως.⠀ Προσθέστε τις μαγειρεμένες φακές, ανακατέψτε και αφήστε τις να κρυώσουν. Πλάθετε μεσαίου μεγέθους μπαλίτσες και τις βάζετε στο ταψί.⠀ Ψήνετε για 10 λεπτά στους 350 F.⠀ Βάζετε τον πελτέ ντομάτας στο ζεστό τηγάνι, προσθέτετε vegan mayo. πιπέρι και σκόρδο σε σκόνη, ανακατεύουμε.⠀ Προσθέτουμε το γάλα αμυγδάλου, αφήνουμε να βράσει.⠀ Περιχύνουμε με τη σάλτσα τα «κεφτεδάκια», ψήνουμε για 15 λεπτά στους 350 F. Απολαμβάνω!
