Κάρυ ρεβύθι λαχανίδα με καστανό ρύζι μπασμάτι της talesofhorizon 💛 Συνταγή:⠀ Υλικά⠀ 2 κονσέρβες ντομάτες θρυμματισμένες⠀⠀ 2 κονσέρβες ρεβίθια⠀⠀ 150 γρ λάχανο⠀⠀ 1 κρεμμύδι⠀⠀⠀ 2 σκελίδες ⠀⠀⠀ 2 σκελίδες νιφάδες τσίλι⠀⠀ 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού garam masala⠀⠀ 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κύμινο⠀⠀ 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κόλιανδρος 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού κουρκουμά⠀⠀ 1 κουταλιά της σούπας σιρόπι σφενδάμου. κρεμμύδι με μια βουτιά νερό. Προσθέστε το ψιλοκομμένο σκόρδο λίγα λεπτά αργότερα. Στη συνέχεια, προσθέστε τα κοτσάνια του λάχανου και τα στραγγισμένα ρεβίθια. Περιχύστε από πάνω το σιρόπι σφενδάμου. Όταν τα κοτσάνια μαλακώσουν, προσθέστε το υπόλοιπο λάχανο και ένα λεπτό αργότερα τις ντομάτες. Τώρα προσθέστε όλα τα μπαχαρικά που έχουν απομείνει. Χρησιμοποιήστε ένα καπάκι και αφήστε το να σιγοβράσει σε χαμηλή φωτιά για 5 με 10 λεπτά. Το σερβίρετε με ρύζι της επιλογής σας ή πατάτες. Συμπληρώστε με φρέσκα κρεμμυδάκια, μαύρο σουσάμι και λίγο χυμό λεμονιού! Απολαμβάνω!
