Ζυμαρικά φακής σε σάλτσα καπνιστή ντομάτας από τον the_clumsy_vegan 💛 Συνταγή:⠀ Για καμένη σάλτσα ντομάτας:⠀ Υλικά:⠀ Τοματίνια: 2 φλιτζάνια⠀ Φύλλα φρέσκιας ινδικής ρίγανης: 2-Three φύλλα ή φρέσκια ρίγανη: 1/four του φλιτζανιού⠀ Υγρά αμινοξέα Braggs: 1 κουταλιά της σούπας⠀ Vegan βούτυρο: 1 κουταλιά της σούπας⠀ λάδι τρούφας: 1/2 κ.γ. Αλάτι καπνιστό: 1/2-1 κ.γ.⠀ Τομπάσκο: λίγες σταγόνες (προαιρετικά)⠀ ⠀ Μέθοδος:⠀ 1) Ζεσταίνουμε ένα τηγάνι σε χαμηλή φωτιά. Όταν ζεσταθεί, προσθέστε τα ντοματίνια και μαγειρέψτε τα ανακατεύοντας συχνά μέχρι να μαλακώσουν και η φλούδα τους να αρχίσει να απανθρακώνεται και να σχίζεται.⠀ 2) Προσθέστε ινδική ρίγανη ακολουθούμενη από τα υπόλοιπα υλικά. Ανακατεύουμε για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα μέχρι να σκάσουν τα ντοματίνια και σβήνουμε τη φωτιά. Απολαμβάνω!
